Garden centers and plant nurseries sell annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, vegetables and houseplants, along with soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots and tools. Independent nurseries often grow part of their own stock and carry varieties that do well in the local climate, while big-box garden departments compete on price for common plants. Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

I genuinely wanted to love this place. I’ve visited several times and have spent over $1000 here. The ladies working have always been extremely friendly and helpful, and they have a great variety of plants that mostly appear healthy. As a small business owner myself of several locations I hate to leave a negative review in anyway but I felt this was necessary. Unfortunately, I’ve had a few experiences that left me disappointed. Pros: • Very friendly and helpful employees • Great variety and selection of plants • Most plants appear healthy Cons: I purchased two apple trees that had a fungal disease covering the leaves. I didn’t recognize it until after planting them near my other apple tree. When I called, an employee told me she had actually questioned the trees’ condition and contacted the owner before I purchased them, but was told they were okay to sell. Unfortunately, the issue was never disclosed to me or reflected in the price. I was then told they couldn’t take them back because they didn’t want to risk bringing disease from my property into the nursery, which was frustrating considering the disease appeared to already be present when they were sold. The owner did reach o

It was a nursery that looked just like the others up the road and around the area! Clean full of beautiful plants! I totally understand the pride that goes into starting a business and want to make sure it stays afloat. That being said, the first impression I got walking up was wow. Nice place. It even has bird baths, another outdoor decor, but as I looked at the prices of things it was giving a wanting to be a garden lawn center outdoor "Boutique"! Plants were all the same as other nurseries just marked up $7 to $10 more for same product and quantity other nurseries that sit right off the road and similar location as well! Again plants all looked healthy but were exact same size as other nurseries. So the price is what made me turn around and walk back out! I get everybody feels their product is worth more than others that they put more into theirs than others may and all that, but especially with gas prices and extreme price hikes everywhere people are looking for good products at Good Fair deals. And I know price hikes work both ways for business and customers. But still customers are still looking for good fair deals!
